Straight talk, worth it or not?
Service is impeccable, with responsive, helpful staff and beautifully clean, comfortable rooms. My experience was elevated by the luxury ambiance and thoughtful details.
Overcrowding during my stay led to a chaotic check-in experience, and the common areas were too loud for comfort, making relaxation difficult.

Rooftop Restaurant Thea, Meticulously Maintained Grounds, Unique Lobby Design
The experience felt chaotic!!! Valet service had confusing pricing structures, and the noise level in common areas made it tough to relax. Simple enhancements could drastically improve guest comfort!!!

Stylish Comfort with a Lively Atmosphere
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the elegant King Room with Mountain View. The rooftop bar vibes were electrifying, but I recommend arriving early to enjoy the sunset before the crowd swells. The spa provided a peaceful retreat after lively evenings. Perfect for those seeking a mix of relaxation and social buzz!

Stayed in a King Room with Mountain View, and it was super elegant and clean. The bed was really soft and comfy, making it hard to get up in the morning. The bathroom felt just right for the space, and the luxury Byredo products were a nice touch. Overall, very chill vibe, but the pillows were a bit too soft for my taste.

The dining scene at Global Ambassador is a total vibe! Thea’s outdoor seating is a chill spot, perfect for indulging in culinary delights. Pool food? Nailed it, except for the ceviche, but the rest was fire! Plus, the friendly pool staff turned my afternoon into a full-on fiesta.

I enjoyed my 2-night stay as a solo traveler in a King Room with Mountain View. The culinary experiences were impressive, particularly at Thea, where the outdoor seating offered a pleasant ambiance despite the indoor noise. The pool staff created a fun atmosphere, and the complimentary champagne for a reservation glitch showed great attention to service. The only downside was the pillows, which felt too soft for a luxury hotel.
