Overcrowding during my stay led to a chaotic check-in experience, and the common areas were too loud for comfort, making relaxation difficult.

the king room with mountain view was super elegant, clean, and had cool amenities like a minibar, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with Byredo toiletries. the spa was awesome with a hot tub, sauna, and outdoor pool. dining at Le Ame was incredible with delicious food and great service. the lobby felt very classy too.

The indoor ambiance at Thea often becomes loud, making conversations difficult.
